# Call Scheduling

## Calling Windows

* **Hours:** 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM in the contact's local time, with automatic timezone detection. Nothing dials outside these hours.
* **Custom:** Set narrower windows inside that range, including multiple windows per day. The range itself cannot be extended.

## Advanced Features

* **Flexible Rescheduling:** Agent can schedule callbacks at caller's requested time
* **Double Call (Recommended):** Calls the contact twice on first attempt — dramatically improves connection rates
* **Redial on No Response:** Automated redial attempts with custom timing
* **Smart Scheduling:** Redials outside calling windows auto-reschedule to next available time
