# Pipedrive - Call Enrichment

By connecting to your Pipedrive account, the assistant can access contextual information about callers, enabling more personalized and effective interactions.

## Configuration

To set up Pipedrive integration:

#### Set the URL

Enter this url: `https://COMPANYDOMAIN.pipedrive.com/api/v2/persons/search?fields=phone`

Replace `COMPANYDOMAIN` with your actual company domain. You can find your company domain by following the [instructions here](https://pipedrive.readme.io/docs/how-to-get-the-company-domain).

#### Set the "Property to filter"

Enter `term` as the field that will be used to match and retrieve relevant caller information.

#### Set the headers

* Key: `x-api-token`
* Value: `APITOKEN`

Replace `APITOKEN` with your real [Pipedrive API token](https://pipedrive.readme.io/docs/how-to-find-the-api-token).

#### Test your configuration

Use the "Test Request" feature to verify your integration is working properly. Use a phone number from one of your contacts registered in your Pipedrive account.

Click "Save" to finalize your Pipedrive integration settings.
